Canada Aviation and Space Museum

The Canada Aviation and Space Museum is an inspiring home to Canada’s largest collection of aircraft and aerospace artifacts. Visitors discover Canada’s rich past, present, and future in aviation and space exploration through full-size aircraft, exhibitions, and hands-on demonstrations. The Museum is also host to popular events including Music at the Museum, Remembrance Day ceremonies, the Kenneth Molson Lecture Series, Canada Day, and music and aviation summer camps.

Our Adopt-a-Class program ensures that every child – regardless of background or ability – has the chance to experience the Museum. We believe every child should have the chance to discover the science of flight, have the chance to build their own flying machines, and imagine themselves as astronauts on the International Space Station.

The world-class Collection at the Museum is at the centre of any visit. Through our Restoration Fund, donors provide much-needed support for the restorations of significant pieces of Canadian heritage.

The Museum reaches Canadians across the country with outreach initiatives. Travelling exhibitions bring artifacts, research, and interactives from the Museum to science centres, local museums, and community organizations. Educational gaming apps bring Museum content to life for national and international audiences. Edukits and downloadable lesson plans provide the support educators needs to make aerospace learning come alive in their classrooms.
